Utica Mayor Tim Julian (yellow shirt) gets ready to lead riders
into Utica. It turns out he is a pretty fast rider. He set a pace
of 17-18 mph and after a while the police asked him to slow down
because he was stretching out the "peloton" so far that they had
to keep the roads closed too long!
