World Tour, March 19, 2023, Egypt III
On March 19, we visited Karnak in Luxor. Karnak contains many temples all jumbled together, built and rebuilt by many different pharaohs. Following Karnak we visited the Temple of Luxor, much smaller and closer to the Nile.
We returned to the Sara II, our cruise ship, in time for lunch and set sail in mid afternoon. We went south, towards Aswan.
