Washington DC Trip, March 29-30, 2016
March 29-April 1, 2016, I was in Washington to participate in USRA’s IPC meetings and Congressional visits, the annual symposium, and the annual business meeting.
It was close to Cherry Blossom time, so I tried to take some photos while walking from Union Station to the Holiday Inn on the other side of the mall on Tuesday. On Wednesday between Congressional visits, there was enough time to take a quick look in the Air and Space Museum and then go to the Jefferson Memorial. I saw a bike share station and rented a bike which I used for most of the trip from the Museum to the memorial and back to the hotel. My first ride on a “Citibike.”
