Candace recently finished a two year stint with the Office of Inspector General for the NYPD. Every year, the staff takes the interns out to a ball game on Staten Island. Candace invited me to come along this year. The office is near the ferry, so of course, we all rode the Staten Island Ferry to the island, and the ball park is just a short walk from the ferry terminal. The team is the Staten Island Yankees, a class A minor league team of the NY Yankees.
