We had an “Almost Summer Ride” on Saturday, June 16.
Participants included, Christian, Kevin and Wayne, all grad students in the physics department and me (Ed), emeritus professor in the physics department.
We started at Turning Basin Park in Princeton and rode along the Delaware and Raritan Canal tow path to Blackwells Mills where we turned around and rode back to Turning Basin Park. On the way back we stopped for lunch at the Palace of Asia restaurant in Kingston.
Altogether, the ride was 25.6 miles and very flat. We had one “hill”: going from the tow path up to the restarant in Kingston.
An interactive map of the ride is on ridewithgps.com.
